REVUE Liking this book, and the art within it, is clearly contingent upon your taste, but then, I can only assume that you wouldn't consider purchasing this item if this art isn't to your liking. As for the quality of this book, it's very nice and well made. It's hard cover, which is always nice for an art book, and the illustrations are great. I was happy to see that there wasn't a ton of text in this. Not that I am opposed to reading, because I'm not. I love reading, but when I purchase a book for its art, that's what I expect, and with this book, that's what you'll get.
I'm an artist myself; an author, painter, photographer, and I love to draw, predominately with ink art pens. Though I'd not plaster the walls of my home with Alex Pardee's art, or my own...for that matter, it's most definitely fun to look at, and a great inspiration for my own odd creations.
This book is really well made, has a very nice cover, and offers a great deal of some very cool art. You cannot go wrong, and the price is really reasonable, especially considering the quality of the item.
